Before Mamma Monica came to Arizona, Monica built approximately 30 years of culinary and catering experience in Italy.
Her recipes are rooted in family, seasons, generosity, and the simple belief that food brings people closer. Moving to Arizona created a new chapter: sharing a genuine Italian table while pursuing an American Dream together as a family.
We are not a large catering corporation. We are a family that cares deeply about what leaves our kitchen and how guests feel when it reaches their table.
